This module on Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies and Skills (PeCS) aims to help students in Grades 7-12 assess and recognize the key characteristics needed for success in Automotive Servicing entrepreneurship. Understanding and evaluating the character traits, abilities, way of life, and qualities necessary to succeed in business are the main topics of the text. Students will conduct interviews, examine the effects of entrepreneurship on the community, and compare their own PeCS with those of a working entrepreneur. Students will be able to assess their own strengths and shortcomings and develop plans of action to enhance their entrepreneurial competencies by the end of the module.
