This module introduces learners in Grades 9–12 to the Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies and Skills (PECS) needed for success in Animal Production – Ruminants NC II. It focuses on identifying, assessing, and aligning one’s competencies—characteristics, attributes, lifestyle, skills, and traits—with those of practitioners in the field. Students will discover areas for personal development and progress by evaluating and contrasting PECS, which will promote animal production's entrepreneurial readiness and aid in community advancement.
