This module for Grades 9–12 equips learners with the knowledge and skills to identify and develop Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies and Skills (PECS) necessary for success in Agri Crop Production – Horticulture NC I. Students will evaluate their own PECS, compare them with those of practicing entrepreneurs, and identify areas for improvement. In order to promote goal-setting, perseverance, risk-taking, networking, and self-confidence, the module emphasizes the entrepreneurial clusters of achievement, planning, and power. Entrepreneur interviews and self-evaluation are among the activities designed to improve learning through real-world application.
