This module for Grades 9–12 focuses on developing Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies and Skills (PECS) in Animal Production – Ruminants NC II. Learners will assess their characteristics, attributes, skills, and traits, comparing them with those of successful practitioners in the field. Students increase their chances of success in ruminant animal production by pinpointing areas that need work and coordinating their PECS with entrepreneurial criteria. Activities that promote entrepreneurial growth and real-world application in agricultural industries include self-evaluations, practitioner comparisons, and interviews.
