The EPP/TLE/Entrepreneurship Learning Exemplar for Junior High School (Grades 9-12) in Food Processing equips students with essential Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies and Skills (PeCS) necessary for success in the food processing industry. Self-evaluation, comparison with professionals in the field, and areas for both professional and personal development are covered in this module. Important entrepreneurial ideas including opportunity-seeking, perseverance, goal-setting, creativity, risk-taking, and quality control will be covered by the students. Learners will cultivate an entrepreneurial mentality and acquire knowledge of business prospects in the food processing industry by comprehending the role of entrepreneurship in the sector.
