The EPP/TLE/Entrepreneurship Learning Exemplar for Junior High School (Grades 9-12) in Food Processing equips students with essential Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies and Skills (PeCS) necessary for success in the food processing industry. Self-evaluation, comparison with professionals in the field, and areas for both professional and personal development are covered in this module. Important entrepreneurial ideas including opportunity-seeking, perseverance, goal-setting, creativity, risk-taking, and quality control will be covered by the students.
