Objective
1. Recognize Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies (PECs) and skills needed in Food (Fish) Processing.
2. Assess one’s Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies (PECs): characteristics, attributes, lifestyles, skills and traits
3. Assess practitioner’s: characteristics, attributes, lifestyle, skills, traits
4. Compare one’s PECs with that of a practitioner /entrepreneur
5. Align one’s PECs with that of a practitioner/ entrepreneur
6. Answer the activities accurately.
7. Participate actively in class activities
