This module for Grades 7–12 focuses on developing students' Personal Entrepreneurial Competencies and Skills (PECS) required in Agri Crop Production – Horticulture and Nursery NC I. Through self-assessment and comparison with practicing entrepreneurs, learners will identify and enhance their characteristics, attributes, lifestyle, skills, and traits to succeed in entrepreneurship. In order to develop self-assurance, goal-setting skills, and perseverance for successful entrepreneurial performance, the module emphasizes three essential entrepreneurial clusters: achievement, planning, and power.
