This learning material consists activities and exercises that will deepen student's understanding on the different food groups that our body needs and simple ways of preparing foods.
Objective
1. Identify the 3 food groups.
2. Discuss the nutrient content of the given food using the food pyramid guide.
3. Make a menu based on the food pyramid guide.
4. Discuss the proper way of handling and preparing the food.
5. Answers the activities accurately.
6. Actively participates i class activities.
