Objective
1. Mailalahad na ang lahat ng bata ay may karapatan sa tamang nutrisyon (Right of the child to nutrition Article 24 of the UN Rights of the Child).
2. Matalakay ang kahalagahan ng tama at balanseng pagkain.
3. Natatalakay ang kahalagahang naidudulot ng pagkain.
4. Maisaalang-alang ang piramide ng pagkain at ang pinggang pinoy sa pagpili ng tamang pagkain.
5. Maipakita ang kakayahan sa pagpili ng tamang uri ng pagkain batay sa mga pamantayan.
