Description
Help a local council to investigate differences of opinion about a proposed wildlife park. Gather facts and opinions from local residents, wildlife supporters and the park developer. Compare options, then choose the plan that best addresses issues raised by all of the interest groups. Explain the reasons for your recommendation.
Objective
Students compare the merits of a number of solutions to a series of conflicts between various interest groups and stakeholders in a local community.
Students recommend and justify a solution that achieves the most favorable outcome for all interest groups and stakeholders.
