Description
Solve crimes by identifying substances in mixtures. Carry out chemical tests on a mixture of common substances such as salt, baking soda and sugar. Observe and record how each substance reacts with a range of liquids and to heating. Refer to a data table of chemical properties and use it to match mystery substances found at a crime scene. This learning object is one in a series of five objects. Some of the objects in the series are also packaged in two combined learning objects.
