Description: This storybook is a product of the Division Competition on Storybook Writing from 2017-2019 of the Department of Education – Zamboanga del Sur Division. It's a story about a lazy girl named Ella who relies on everything from her nanny Terya and the unexpected event that changes Ella's laziness. Written with a Lapuyan-Subanen translation, this aims to teach learners the importance of being responsible for oneself by not relying on everything from others. Furthermore, this material will help children learn the importance of proper hygiene.

Objective: This material aims to demonstrate to the learners the self-confidence to meet one's own needs on one's own. Further, this also intends to help children perform personal health care such as cleaning the body, washing hands before and after eating, brushing, combing, and changing clothes.
