In a constantly changing environment, having life skills is an indispensable part of being able to see the challenges of everyday life. The dramatic changes in our society over the past years have been matched with the transformation in technology and these are all impacting on the educational system, the industries, and our home life. To cope with the changing community, you need new life skills such as the ability to deal with academic stress and frustration.
Objective
1. identify life skills and attitudes needed to the changing community;
2. demonstrate one’s life skills as a positive disposition in facing life challenges in a changing community;
3. recognize the importance of one’s involvement in resolving the different issues of the community; and
4. apply the essential life skills that promote competence to changing the community.
