This module contains information and learning activities in undertaking suggestive selling. It includes the knowledge, skills and attitude in providing information with clear explanations and descriptions about the food items, offering items on specials or promos, suggesting name of specific menu items to guests to help them make the choice, recommending standard food and beverage pairings, giving and providing several choices or options to guest, using descriptive words while explaining the dishes and carrying out suggestive selling discreetly.
