Light and reflection: using mirrors: the forest

Find animals on a dark night. Position a mirror to direct a beam of light. Choose a mirror that willl reflect light at a suitable angle. Notice that the light always travels in a straight line. This learning object is one in a series of six objects. Some of the objects are also packaged as two combined learning objects.

Students explore angles of incidence using plane mirrors.
Students predict the direction that light will be reflected by fixed mirrors.
