Objective
recognize that time is one of your most important resources and thus should not be
wasted;
analyze how you actually use your time;
prepare a good time plan;
? organize your study time by creating a semestral calendar, weekly task sheets and daily
“To do” lists;
use good time management strategies for your studies;
analyze the main causes why students procrastinate (habitually postpone things); and
adopt and apply the strategies and techniques that may overcome procrastination
