This module will teach you how to tell time by using clocks and watches.
It will teach you how to convert time from smaller to larger units (for
example, from minutes to hours) and vice-versa as well as from 12-hour to 24-
hour units (for example, from 12 a.m. to 24:00) and vice-versa. Finally, it will
teach you how to relate time to distance, speed and volume of work.
Objective
After studying this module, you should be able to:
? read and record time using a clock;
? convert time from smaller to larger units and vice-versa;
? convert time indicated in 12-hour units to 24-hour units and viceversa;
? solve time-related word problems;
? interpret timetables; and
? relate time to distance, speed and volume of work.
