This material serves as a guide in dealing with subtraction.
Objective
To develop in the students the ability to:
1. Subtract 5- or more digit numbers fro 6- or more digit numbers without regrouping, having zeros in the minuend or subtrahend.
2. Estimate the difference of two numbers with four to six digits.
3. Analyze and solve word problem involving subtraction of numbers including money, with and without regrouping.
4. Analyze and solve 2-step word problems involving addition and subtraction including money.
