This material is in response to the implementation of the K to 12 Curriculum and is written by Peter C. Gazzingan of Santor National High School, Rizal District. In this lesson, the Grade 10 learners will be able to learn more about vegetables especially on the benefits that they can get and how to prepare and cook their own vegetable recipe.

2. Select various kinds of vegetables according to a given menu.
3. Cook variety of vegetable dishes following appropriate cooking methods to preserve optimum quality and nutrition
