In this module, volunteerism becomes the central subject of discussion.
It will highlight the value of volunteerism in nurturing the learner’s academic skills even in the face of a crisis situation. Taking into consideration safety protocols, avenues for involvement in volunteerism will be presented to the learner, be it in the family, school or in the community.
Objective
1. establish the good effects of volunteerism in improving academic skills;
2. support volunteerism programs and activities that involve academic skills of learners;
3. evaluate effectiveness in conducting volunteerism; and
4. demonstrate volunteerism through environmental advocacies.
