This self learning module in HOPE is intended for Grade 11 and Grade 11 learners wherein they will learn to set Frequency Intensity Time Type (FITT) goals based on training principles to achieve and/or maintain health-related fitness (HRF). and analyze physiological indicators such as heart rate, rate of perceived exertion and pacing associated with MVPAs to monitor and/or adjust participation or effort
Objective
At the end of the lesson, the learner is expected to:
a. set Frequency Intensity Time Type (FITT) goals based on training principles to achieve and/or maintain health-related fitness (HRF), and
b. analyze physiological indicators such as heart rate, rate of perceived exertion and pacing associated with MVPAs to monitor and/or adjust participation or effort
