Description: This story book is a product of the 2019 Division Competition on Storybook Writing of the Department of Education- Zamboanga del Sur Division. Appropriate for Grade 1 learners, this Filipino short story is about two (2) friends who became enemies because of the other’s selfishness and greed. Written with a Josefina-Subanen translation, this aims to teach children about friendship and sharing.

Objective: This material aims to teach the learners on how to answer correctly the questions based on the fable being read. Further, it also aims to teach the learners the value of friendship and sharing.
