An Akon Nanay is a story for Week 11 of Kindergarten with Content Focus: I Belong to a Family. This
aims to develop the domain on Language Literacy and Communication, specifically on the competencies:
Natutukoy kung sinu-sino ang bumubuo ng pamilya (KMKPPam-00-2) and Name the beginning letters of
their family members’ name (LLKAK-Ic-2).
Furthermore, it aims to develop the value of helpfulness and the appreciation to the different roles each
family member has in the family.
