This story aims to develop the different literacy domains in the Key Stage 1, specifically Kindergarten and Grade 1. With the teacher's creativity in using this learning resource through Shared Reading technique, the pupils will be provided with greater opportunity to appreciate reading as they listen or read the story, enrich their vocabulary, engage in oral language activities and inculcate the values that can be learned from the story.
