Description
Module 2 of the Assessment Packages consists of 8 separate training modules. It is designed for classroom teachers to enhance their understanding of implementing the constructivist approach in the teaching-learning process and to stimulate support from school leaders in making a paradigm shift in their instructional leadership principles and practices to achieve quality education.
Objective
Reflect and discuss effective practices based on participants’ experience in the teaching-learning and assessment process. Reflect on other areas teachers need to learn more about in teaching-learning and assessment. View and discuss demo lessons using the focus questions. Formulate suggestions and recommendations on improving the teaching-learning and assessment process.
