Description
Investigate the effects of four variables - nitrogen, temperature, light intensity and light duration - on the growth of tomatoes. Run experiments in a plant research laboratory. Consider the results and write up your observations and conclusions.
Objective

Students set up controlled laboratory experiments to investigate variables affecting plant growth and analyse the resulting data.
Students make a hypothesis, carry out a fair test and analyse the results to decide whether the data supports their hypothesis.
