Description
This learning material shows how to measure the length of an objects and the distance between two objects using non-standard units. In this hands-on activity, teachers will guide the learners on how to use paper clips, blocks, or fingers to gauge and compare lengths. By engaging in non-standard measurement practices, learners will develop a practical understanding of measurement concepts and enhance their spatial reasoning skills.
Objective
