This Strategic Intervention Material in Science is grounded on the results of the Second Quarter Examinations of Grade IV Pupils of Baresbes Elementary School from School Year 2017-2019. The SIM limits its scope to one organ only, which is the heart. It contains engaging activities and exercises that stir up the attention and interests of the pupils.
