The story is all about how love expressed in various ways. Specifically, the boy in the story shows the value of sharing and gratitude by not getting angry. This is a good attitude and behaviour that the story wanted to share the young readers. The story is based on Primer Tract ta-te-ti-to-tu which is a good Support Instructional Material (SIMs) in teaching reading in MTB-MLE and Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao (ESP) to Grades I-III pupils.
