Description
Measure the pH as you gradually add an acid to a base, and vice versa. Learn how to change pH up or down. Adjust the pH in a swimming pool to ensure the water is safe for people to swim in. For example, return the pH to a suitable level after heavy rain. Remember, all acids and bases including the dilute solutions used in this object, can be harmful and should be handled with care. This learning object is one in a series of six objects.
