Create your own soundscape from noises in a microscopic view inside human skin. Explore sounds such as a heartbeat and blood flowing. Think about the images and atmosphere suggested by these sounds. Arrange the sounds to make a soundscape. Experiment with order, volume, pauses and repetition. Describe possible uses of your soundscape. This is one activity in a series of six activities.
Objective

Students compose a soundscape from noises in a microscopic environment.
Students reflect on their own creative work by identifying expressive qualities and reacting to audience feedback.
