This IPED Framework contains the life and culture of the Ivatans of Batanes. Its focused is on the attainment of their vision to develop Ivatan learners who passionately love their ancestral domain, knowledgeable of their culture and heritage, proud of their identity and whose cultural values and community life skills enable them to enjoy their rights, realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to nation building and global peace
